Step 1 - Credit Request

In the learner dashboard, a new page will allow learners to request credits due to an external activity, entering information such as activity date, description and requested credits.

Step 2 - Request Dashboard

A dashboard will display to administrators all requests, including pending, approved and denied requests.

Step 3 – Request List

Clicking in one of the “buckets” will display a list of all requests in that status

Step 4 – Request Details

Administrators can see the details of a request, including submitted files, and approve/deny it. If approved, credit will be included in the learner transcript.
