SUMMARY
This report on the Fawcett Township property has been prepared by S.J. Carmichael, B.Se., FGAC at the request of John Rapski, residence at Toronto, Ontario.Geophysical surveys including magnetometer and VLF-EM were completed over a small flagged grid located in central Fawcett Township in the Shining Tree area. The claim partially covered by this survey is encircled by claims held by Fort Knox Gold Resources Inc.The 1993 survey was basically an extension of surveys completed by Mr. Rapski in 1992. The recently completed survey appears to have extended a number of EM anomalies at least 400 meters south of anomalies located in 1992.The claims are located in the central portion of Fawcett Township, District of Sudbury, Larder Lake Mining Division, approximately one hundred kilometres west southwest of Kirkland Lake. This years program included the establishment of a flagged grid over the claim 1185714 approximately 225 meters south of the 1992 grid. This was followed by 4.3 km of ground magnetometer and VLF- EM surveys.Ground magnetics completed this year essentially show a continuation of highly magnetic dike trending roughly north northwest. Similar magnetic responses to both the east and west indicate a parallel series of diabase dikes intruded into the Miramich quartz monzonite batholith. The VLF-EM survey delineated two moderate strength anomalies which likely represent the continuation of anomalies located the previous year. The strength of these anomalies represent possible shear zone sulfide mineralizationMassive sulfide style mineralization is not indicated by the surveys.Additional work should include line cutting over the entire claim 118&714, ground magnetometer and VLF surveys followed by geological mapping/prospecting of over the EM anomalies.
Report on the Fawcett Township Properties Larder Lake Mining Division
for John Rapski
INTRODUCTION
This report on John Rapski's Fawcett Township mining exploration
property has been prepared by S.J. Carmichael Consultants at the
request of Mr, Rapski. It is a description and evaluation of
ground geophysical surveys completed in September, 1993.
Field measurements were taken by Jim Forbes and the author of
this report completed the interpretation and drafting of the
results. All work was performed in September, 1993.
PROPERTY LOCATION AND ACCESS
The property is located in the central portion of Fawcett
Township (NTS 41 P/ll), District of Sudbury and within the Larder
Lake Mining Division. Claim recordings in Fawcett Township are
through the Larder Lake Division while assessment reports are
filed through the Cobalt Mining Division.
Access to the properties is by secondary highway 560 from Elk
Lake to Shining Tree. A logging road leads south from 560 through
MacMurchy Township into Fawcett Township a distance of 13 km east
of the village of Shining Tree. This logging road cuts through
the east portion of claim 1185713 and 1185714. The West Montreal
River passes through the central portion of claim 1185714.
LAND TENURE AND OWNERSHIP
The Rapski property comprises two separate staked sections. The
North Group comprises three staked claims (4 units) and the South
Group comprises three staked claims (37 units) covering a total

eombined area of approximately 656 Ha. The 1993 surveys were
completed over part of the south group and in particular over-
part of claim 1185714. The claim is recorded in Mr. Rapski's
name .
REGIONAL GEOLOGY
Mapping by the Ontario Department of Mines indicates that the
north claims are underlain by mafic meta-volcanics with lesser
ultramafic komatiit.ic flows. The general trend of the volcanics
is northwest. These have been intruded by Nippising diabasic
sills and dikes and by latter north-south trending Matatchewan
diabase dikes. Most of the south claims are interpreted to be
underlain by hornblende-biotite quartz monzonite of the Miramich
Batholith. The extreme northeast corner of claim 1185713 may be
underlain by mafic volcanics. Both the batholith and the
volcanics have been intruded by north-south diabase dikes.
1993 EXPLORATION PROGRAM
SUMMARY
The 1993 exploration program consisted of flag griding and
surveying with VLF-EM and magnetometer instruments over the north
central portion of claim 1185714. A north-south baseline with
cross lines at 75 meters intervals was established. The baseline
of this grid is located approximately 225 meters south and 50
meters west of the 1992 grid. A total of 4.3 km of cross lines
were flagged (four lines). Exact tie-ins between the two grids
was not established and the relative location of the two grids
may be off by as much as 50 meters. Given possible errors between

the two grids, correlation between the two is possible but not
100* accurate.
The grid was then surveyed using the Annapolis NSS VLF station at
25m intervals as well as the proton magnetometer.
The VLF-EM results were then Fraser Filtered and contoured as
well as the In Phase component profiles for both grids.
A) Magnetometer Survey
At least five parallel elevated magnetic features are indicated,
all likely representing diabase dikes. The strongest magnetic
anomaly trends north northwest along the baseline with a
corresponding east dipole low, is approximately 15 meters in
width and may correlate with a strong magnetic anomaly located at
the south end of the 1992 baseline.
Weaker magnetic high anomalies are located at 2+50E, 7+50E, 1+50W
and 2+50W, all representing diabase dike features.
Magnetic readings below the 1,000 NT contour represent background
magnetics of the quartz monzonite batholith.
B) VLF-EM Survey
The Annapolis NSS station (24.1 KHz) was read using the Phoenix
VLF-II instrument. Two moderate and two weaker anomalies are
indicated.
Anomaly ^ - Continuous over the three lines and is likely a
continuation of 1992 anomaly "G 1 .
Anomaly B - Slightly weaker than "A 1 though increasing in
strength to the south. This anomaly may be a continuation of 1992
anomaly "H 1 although there is a sharp offset east of 150 meters
between the two anomalies. This may be in part a reflection of
the approximate relative location of the grids.
Anomaly C and D - Both of these anomalies are very weak and not
likely to represent appreciable sulfide mineralisation.
None of the above described anomalies show correlation with the
high magnetic features (dikes) negating any possible contact
mineralization effect from the dikes.
CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FURTHER WORK
The establishment of a single cut grid over the entire claim
1185714 would greatly aid in correlation between the 1992 and
1993 grids and equally enhance the potential of the property.
Although it would appear that the EM anomalies are continuous
between the two grids, one cannot say positively that the
anomalies are the same, especially without at least two infill
lines between the two grids.
The anomalies (A,B,G,H) are of sufficient strength to warrant
further work, however, diamond drilling is nal recommended until
further grid coverage is completed followed by geophysical and
prospecting surveys. This grid should be cut to cover all of
claim 1185714
Respectfully/Bubmitted
