Join an international corporation in their Melbourne Head Office. Located on St Kilda Road you will be assisting two senior associates and working alongside a great team of PAs assisting the organisation. Your days will be busy with many deadlines along with the responsibility of liaising with high-end clients and organising diary and travel meetings. You will also need to posses strong secretarial and administrative skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and typing (60wpm), with the ability to prioritise your day. To be successful in this role you will have attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality of all correspondence. Your previous Personal Assistant experience, sharp appearance along with a sense of humour and friendly demeanor will ensure your success in this role.
