Labor Compliance Program

Along with the Authorization for Fund Release (Form SAB 50-05), submit either:

A copy of the contract between the District and the LCP provider, and

A copy of the DIR letter approving the LCP contractor to initiate and enforce LCPs

OR

A copy of the DIR letter approving the district to initiate and enforce LCPs internally
