REPORT SAMPLE
During Q3 2015, 28.6% of all the global edtech activities were related to
new product launches, and 24.5% of all were investment activities by
various edtech companies. They were followed by new online programs
(21.1%), collaboration among companies (15.6%), and expansion by
existing companies (10.2%).

US accounted for 53.8% of all the edtech activities in Q3 2015, followed by
India at 15.9%. Other major countries were UK and Canada, which were
hosts to 6.9% and 3.4% of all the edtech activities, respectively.

22.6% of all the edtech activities in Q3 2015 were related to companies
working in Adult and Continuing Education. It was followed by companies
in Online Higher Education and Mobile Apps space, constituting 16.1% and
10.1% of all the edtech activities respectively. Other prominent segments
were Tools for Educators (8.3%), Platforms and LMS (6%), and Language
Learning (5.4%).
