GNT system

1. GNT System Outline

This phlebotomy assistant system helps prevent medical accidents, and cuts patient waiting times.

3

GNT system Role

This system automatically provides medical technicians with essential items required for a phlebotomy

(a tube with a specimen label attached, a specimen label, a patient identification label) based on the

phlebotomy information recorded in the Hospital Information System (HIS, LIS, OCS, EMR).

4

GNT system Benefits

With the GNT system, hospitals can prevent medical accidents, cut waiting time, and cut blood

collection room operating costs, improving convenience for both medical technicians and patients,

allowing the hospital to reach customers with a more modern image.

Essential components for GNT system operation

BA (Barcode Applicator)

BA (Barcode Applicator) attaches a label to a tube,

and transfers the labeled tube to TTT.

TTT(Test Tube Transfer)

TTT prints out a patient queue number label and other labels and

places them in a tray with an already labeled tube. The tray is then

transferred to each MWT.

MWT (Medic Work Table)

MWT prepares a tray for the phlebotomy.

20

GNT system prevents medical accidents.

4. GNT System Benefits

With the GNT system, tasks that were done manually can be automated.

This prevents medical malpractics due to human error, such as switched specimens or tubes.

;;

21

GNT system cuts down waiting time.

With GNT system, phlebotomy process becomes simple.

This cuts down the waiting time for customers (patients).

4. GNT System Benefits

22

GNT system reduces costs.

With the GNT system, phlebotomist can focus on the phlebotomy process itself.

This improves the phlebotomists' performance, leading to overall reductions in phlebotomy room operating costs.

4. GNT System Benefits

23

GNT system enhances convenience.

With the GNT system, the phlebotomist has a more convenient and efficient environment.

Thus the phlebotomist is freed from other trivial work.

4. GNT System Benefits

24

GNT system enhances image.

With the GNT system, the hospital can present an image as a modern hospital.

The fast and convenient medical service will leave customers (patients) with the positive image

of visiting a modern hospital.
