1. They will have all rights/privileges contained in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil ServantsAct, 1973 with all amendments made therein including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa CivilServants (Amendment) Act. 2013 and Rules made there under.

11. In case of resignation, the officer will have to give one month prior notice. In absenceof such notice their one month's pay/allowances shall be forfeited to Government.

Ill. The appointees should join their posts within 30-days of the issue of this otificationfailing which it shall be presumed that they are not interested to join the same. Chargereport should be submitted to all concerned. The Director, Higher Education, KhyberPakhtunkhwa, Peshawar should furnish a certificate to the effect that the appointeeshave joined their posts or otherwise. after one month of the issue of this otification.

rv. In case of disciplinary matters Khyber Pakhrunkhwa, Civil Servants Act.1973 andKhyber Pakhtunkhwa, Civil Servants (Efficiency & Disciplinary) Rules, 2011 shall beapplicable.

VI. They will undergo mandatory training for the purpose of promotion. as the case maybe.

Vll. They will get pay i.e. initial pay of BPS-17 including usual allowances as admissibleunder the rules. They will be entitled to annual increment like other Civil Servants.
