I. They wil] have all rights/privileges contained in Khyber Pakhiunkhwa Civil ServantsAct. 1973 with all amendments made therein including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa CivilServants (Amendment) Act. 2013 and Rules made there under.

11. In case of resignation. they will have to give one month prior notice. In absence ofsuch notice. their one month's pay/allowances shall be forfeited to Government.
