The Graduate Program is specifically designed for engineering teamsand delivered within an engineering context. It is delivered over two
years and contains a number of unique elements including: • A management overview session for managers, HR managers and supervisors of
graduate to ensure they are fully informed about the objectives of the program.
• The Business Improvement Project ensures that graduates integrate all they have learned
throughout the program with a project that gets them thinking about the business.
• Mentoring half-day workshop for the mentors of graduates to provide tools and
techniques for effective mentoring along with providing clear guidance on the difference
to supervision or coaching. There is also a half day workshop for mentees to enablethem to gain the most from this important relationship.
