Be moderate – extreme eating habits can be unhealthy

Kids should NOT be on diets! Your body is growing

Eat a little junk food every now and then

Eat more wheat bread, fruits, vegetables and dairy

Eat less fast food, junk food and snacks full of sugar, salt and fat.

Exercise• Our moods are better when we exercise• It gives you energy, melts stress away and clears your mind• There is no best way to exercise

• Sports• Zumba• Biking• Swimming• Walking• Dancing

It’s All About How You Feel, Not How You Look

Do not be obsessed with the way you look. Don’t compare yourself to the pictures of models or

body builders in magazines – those are NOT REAL! You don’t have to have a perfect body to be happy

and healthy
