The coaches chooses what to teach the swimmers,while the swimmers listen to their coaches.

The coaches get to decide what events the swimmers are swimming in the competition.

The coaches warns the swimmers when they observe a bad habit every time ,such as the technique and speed, and they are professionally taught!

WHAT ARE THE PEOPLES RIGHTS IN THIS SYSTEM OF GOVERNANCE?

The swimmers get to choose if they want to go to the competition or not, they choose when to go to training, and they can choose to move up a level, etc.

Once you attend the competition, the coaches will deicide the events for you ,and the swimmers have to attend training for at least 3 times a week,and the coaches tells what to swim.
