What a healthy day looks like

Wake up early, And have enough sun exposure

Go out to nature , feel happy

Take deep breath, Feel fresh

Do yoga and meditation, Feel relaxed

Drink enough water, maintain hydration

Stretch you body

No cola No soft drinks

No processed sugar even

No No No….. Alcohol

No frequent coffee / tea

Small frequent meals, no heavy eating

Organic food is the best food

Eat nut, but in small quantity

Eat natural chocolates only

Don’t ignore them in meals, they are fruits and vegetables

Have dinner early in evening

Maintain weight

Keep them away while sleeping

Balance love and sex

Have enough sleep
