And start stripping it down
Forget everything you
thought you knew about
walling, even the foundations
Small stones, length along
the wall?
Start at the top of the slope?
Choose the right stone to start
The stone you wanted is over here!
And it fits just right
The first layer, biggest of all
Added muscle
And it’s in
2nd layer, counterintuitive
The copes have to ‘level’ our wall
Which means a bit of hammer work
But what a result!
