Create a new USA Football High School Coach Membership

1. Visit www.usafootball.com and scroll over Membership from the navigation menu at the top, Click on High School Coaches within the Membership drop-down menu

2. Select the Sign Up To Get Certified button

3. On the registration page fill in all fields designated with an asterisk (*)

4. Enter the email address and the password you wish to use for your USA Football account (Please note, your password is case-sensitive and must be a minimum of eight characters)

5. To complete registration, type in your school’s name, check the Terms of Service box and select Submit

6. If your organization provided you a promo code enter it on the payment page and select Update

Price. If the code covers the entire cost of the membership, skip to Step 8, otherwise fill in your

payment and billing information and select Process My Payment

7. You will receive a Checkout Confirmation, verifying your membership has been created and informing you to check your email to complete the activation of your account

8. Visit the email address you used to register your High School Coach Membership and check for the automated email from USA Football; click on the Activate Now link to activate your account

9. After activating your account via the activation email, you can log-in to your account. Enter your Member Email and Password and select Sign In (To learn how to access a certification course, skip to Page 22 after signing in).

Renew an active High School Coach Membership

1. Visit www.usafootball.com and select Log-in from the upper, right-hand corner of the page

2. Sign in to your account by entering your Member Email and Password and selecting Sign In

3. Under the Membership tab, select My Profile

4. Scroll midway down the My Profile page and click the Renew Now link for your High School Coaching Membership

5. Review your contact information, type in the name of your school, check the Terms and Service box and click Renew Membership

6. If you were provided a promo code, enter it on the payment page and select Update Price. If the code covers the cost of the entire membership skip to Step 7, otherwise fill in your payment and billing information and select Process My Payment

7. You will receive a Checkout Confirmation verifying your membership has been renewed; return to your High School Coach Membership dashboard by selecting Click to Continue (To learn how to access a certification course, skip to Page 22)

Renew an expired High School Coach Membership

1. Visit www.usafootball.com and select Log-in from the upper, right-hand corner of the page

2. Sign in to your account by entering your Member Email and Password and selecting Sign In

3. Select the Renew link for your expired High School Coach Membership

4. Review your contact information, type in the name of your school, check the Terms of Service

box and click Renew Membership

5. If you were provided a promo code, enter it on the payment page and select Update Price. If the

code covers the entire cost of the membership skip to Step 6, otherwise fill in your payment and

billing information and select Process My Payment

6. You will receive a Checkout Confirmation verifying your membership has been renewed; return to your Coaching Membership dashboard by selecting Click to Continue (To learn how to access a certification course, skip to Page 22)

Add a High School Coach Membership to an existing USA Football account

1. Visit www.usafootball.com and select Log-in from the upper, right-hand corner of the page

2. Sign in to your account by entering your Member Email and Password and selecting Sign In

3. Under the Membership tab, select My Profile

4. Scroll midway down the My Profile page and click on Add this membership under High School

Coaching Membership

5. Type in your school’s name, check the Terms of Service box and select Submit

6. If you were provided a promo code, enter it on the payment page and select Update Price. If the

code covers the entire cost of the membership, skip to Step 7, otherwise fill in your payment and

billing information and select Process My Payment

7. You will receive a Checkout Confirmation verifying the membership has been added to your

account. Access the High School Coach Membership dashboard by selecting Click to Continue

Register with NFHSLearn.com

Accessing a certification course

1. While signed in to your active High School Coach Membership, click the

nfhslearn.com/HeadsUpFootball link available in your dashboard:

2. Scroll over one of the four course options, select View Course button on the course you wish to

purchase.

3. If you have an nfhslearn.com account, enter your Email Address and Password, select Sign In

and skip to to Page 25 in these instructions to order courses. If you do not have an nfhslearn.com

account, select Register Here.

4. Enter the email address and the password you wish to use for your nfhslearn.com account (For

your convenience you may want to use the same email address you use to sign in to your USA

Football account)

5. Fill in all fields designated with an asterisk (*) and select Next and Finish

Purchase and access NFHSLearn.com certification courses

1. After signing in to your nfhslearn.com account, select Order Course and follow the checkout

procedure below resulting with selecting Checkout

2. Enter your billing information (even if you will not be paying for the course) and select Continue

3. IMPORTANT: In the Membership Code field enter the email address you use to sign in to

your USA Football High School Coach Membership and select Join USAF

4. After successfully entering your USA Football High School Coach Membership email address,

check the No Refund Policy checkbox box, and select Continue

5. After completing the checkout process, you will be brought to a checkout confirmation page.

Select Click here to be taken to your purchased courses dashboard

6. Select Begin Course to start a course you have purchased
