Race heats by grade and gender: 9/10 Girls, JV Girls, Varsity Girls, 9 Boys, 10 Boys, JV Boys and Varsity Boys
5 mile laps: 9/10 Girls (2 laps), JV Girls and 9 & 10 Boys (3 laps), Varsity Girls & JV Boys (4 laps) and Varsity Boys (5 laps)
