THE main street of BaulkhamHills is no place for a brothel.That’s the message from HillsShire Council after the Landand Environment Court gavethe red light to a proposedbrothel on Old Northern Rd –and residents are delighted.After a two-day onsite hearing,last Thursday seniorcommissioner Tim Moore ruledin favour of Hills Shire Council.A number of residents gaveevidence ranging from fearsabout parking and the negative
