EQ ASSESSMENT VALIDITY FACTORS
1. POSITIVE IMPRESSION (PI) SCALE
2. NEGATIVE IMPRESSION (NI) SCALE
(Call these the impression that people project)
Same like EQ , the normal score is 100 in case of PI & NI.
However if a PI scale starts climbing to 130 (or more), werealize that the candidate, for whatever reason, is
embellishing his/her sense of self.
