“There is no better time in the year then the winter
holiday season, where the combination of long stand-
ing traditional ingredients and flavors take you back
to holiday cheer and joyful times in your life.
I often reflect back on my childhood memories prepar-
ing with my grandmother, roast prime rib, egg nog,
gingerbread houses, peppermint bark, and of course
her fig apple strudel! Today, I am honored to share
these recipes with you and your family, to create your
own memories here at the Hilton Philadelphia at
Penn’s Landing
It’s a great privilege to celebrate, serve and share our
