Discussion:
What does it take to find, follow and fulfill our individual and collective destiny?
What is the spark that light’s the fire of an epiphany?
What turns on the light, the enlightenment?
“Knock, and the Door shall be opened unto you.”
Some Zen Buddhism…
How might we describe a ‘Holographic Conversation’?
"A non-dual Oneness of All and Everything""Everything interpenetrates Everything""Physical things manifest from this Essence""The Whole is contained in its parts""A cosmic warehouse of all that was/is/will be.““The Universe is Whole, Complete and Perfect”“We are all One, Whole, Complete and Perfect”“I am You, You are Me, We are It, and It is Us.”“God, Allah, Buddha, Yahweh, Om, I-amness, … “
Discuss:
“Enlightenment is intimacy with all things.“ Dogen Zenji (1200-1253
“A holographic conversation is when we are talking, doing or being something specific while, at the same time being consciously present to the whole.”
Exercise*: “Who am I…”
“Am I my body? If I lose an arm or leg, I still am. I am not my body.Am I my thoughts? My thoughts come and go, and I still am. I am not my thoughts.Am I my emotions? My emotions come and go, and I still am. I am not my emotions.Who am I, then? I am a center of pure self-consciousness.” Roberto Assagioli, “Psychosynthesis”
“I am, You are, We are… “
“Wherever you are, there is no there there. Being here now.”

“Knock, and the Door shall be opened unto you.”
According to Buddhist scholar Todd Lewis, nirvana can be understood as “an impersonal state that transcends individuality” and as “eternal, tranquil, pure, and deathless…and the only permanent reality in the cosmos.” Nagarjuna, the second-century philosopher (and second most influential person in the history of Buddhism after the Buddha), added to the definitional mystique of nirvana when he said, “There is not the merest difference between samsara and nirvana.” What he means by this is that nirvana is beyond all conditions, beyond all categories, and cannot be grasped by the conceptual mind. It goes beyond intellect and must be experienced for yourself to be understood.Advanced meditation provides the opportunity to burn up past karma or the conditionings that you have experienced. It is akin to untying knots that have accumulated in your mind over a lifetime of experiences. Each knot that is untied, each conditioning that is deconditioned, every bit of karma that is burned up moves you closer to awakening. Taken to its ultimate realization you will reach samyaksambodhi — perfect and complete enlightenment. Language begins to fail in its ability to capture this experience, so you'll have to sit down and experience it for yourself. Bliss is one of the words that approximates the experience, and in the Japanese Zen tradition, it has been called satori. Whatever it is called, it can be tasted through meditation.

S5 – “Life is great.”“Inspiring” “World Class Leadership”.
One Team, One Voice, One Future, exceptional performance, setting world standards, acknowledging contributions.
S4 – Rowing together, smooth rhythm, powerful strokes. “Thriving”
“Woohoo, go, go, go!” Looking and listening while rowing hard, together, in alignment. Engaged listening, looking after one another.
S3 – Rowing as individuals, not in communication. Moving some water. “Striving”
“Why don’t they do it my way?” “I’ll have to do it myself.“ Telling others. Helpful, Micro-managing.
Noticing something is missing, inquiry about what more is possible. Opening to better communication, and listening.
S2 – Victim, beginner, trying to figure out what’s going on, not touching the water often.“Surviving”, ineffective
“I’m confused”, “I’m lost.”, “If only someone showed me”, “should have, could’ve, would’ve”. Trying.
Noticing that worry, frustration and ranting will not move the water. Inquiry about what one might learn or see that can release energy for better results.
S1 - Alienated, angry, and hates water.“Floundering”
“I want off”, sinking the boat, “How did I get into this?”
Noticing the downward spiral leads to destruction and harm. Seeking assistance, guidance, therapy.
Three Laws of PerformanceSteve Zaffron and Dave Logan, 2009
L1 – Performance and Action are correlated to how the World occurs for you/us (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5).
L2 – How the World occurs for you/us arises in language. (WYSIWYG)
L3 – Future based language transforms how situations occur to people (WYSIWYG).
Circles of Greatness:- A package is a triad committed to making a difference. Everyone in, No One Left Out.- Enrolling others is a function of core values and Noble Cause.- Reconcile Strategy by Outcomes, Assets and Behaviors (Actions).- ‘Pitch’ your Strategy, and review Regularly.-- It’s not the miles, it’s the Smiles that matter.
