Religion In Matthew, Jesus is not only reassuring the disciples but telling of their future mission -
The eleven disciples went to the hill in Galilee where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw him they worshipped him even
though some of them doubted. Jesus drew near and said to them, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Go
then to all peoples everywhere and make them my disciples. Baptise them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit
and teach them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And I will be with you always to the end of the age.”
Matthew 28: 16-20
If you were a disciple of Jesus and you heard this what do you think you could do to spread his word? Make a poster of
at least 8 speech bubbles and thought clouds with your ideas. Eg I could teach people how to pray, I could be a role
model by the way I treat others, I could tell people of the miracles of Jesus such as_____________, I would …
