Dermot Sugrue honed his skills at Leoville-Barton, then in Champagne. The chalk
slopes at Wiston are like the best in Champagne. They hold old reserve wines
that add depth to their bottlings. Crisp and dry. Green apple and lime zest.

Champagne, France, NV, VEGAN Small grower but a big wine. This farming family knows how to bottle love. Crisp and dry with

We are proud of the provenance of our Texel lamb, and know how good it tastes.
So whilst we all love a tipple to go with it, these wines are selected to complement the
subtle flavours, and not overpower it.
