One more thing...

What about the patent war?

Best of Florian Mueller

"As a European consumer, I don't want to be held hostage by companies that use industry standards as a nuclear weapon and restrict choice" (Mueller on Motorola)

"Today's ruling is significant bad news for Android at large, and Google," "Today's ruling … show that the noose keeps tightening around Android's neck in many ways." (Mueller after Motorola lost the “Slide to Unlock” trial against Apple)

“almost all smartphone-related patent litigation involves Android, and Android is on the losing track by objective standards” (Mueller on Google+)

“I am sure that we will have to pay at least a $100 licence fee for every Android device in the near future” (Mueller in the Stern magazine)

Last but not least...

“Courts around the world are banning Android devices and dismissing counterclaims -- I let the judges speak for me. They validate what I say”

Let's stay with the facts

Not a single Android device got banned because of Android!

By the end of 2012 Android will outsell iOS on the tablet market!
