•Sign in to your Google account•Go to Google drive•Click on create-> forms
•Enter the form title •Choose the form theme
•Enter Question in question title
•Choose the question type in the list box
•Type the answer options
•Click add item for next question
•Do the previous steps to create the questions
•Click Send form button to share the form
•Type the email id to share the form to others or you can share with social network site also.
•Click Response->summary of response to see the survey result
