• Target market: DJs, producers, music fans, party-goers

• Serato/Facebook joint-venture would share sales revenues with iTunes, Beatport, whoever bids highest for each track (many only available on Beatport)

Mutual Benefit

• Serato benefits by increasing market share, more DJs will want to use it if they know it will direct traffic to their Facebook pages

• Facebook will benefit by becoming a portal for iTunes, Beatport and any other site that sells music, more music-related products will be advertised
