HOW TO ACCESS THE OFFICE APP AND

CREATE, SAVE AND SHARE A DOCUMENT TO

ONEDRIVE ON AN ANDROID ENTERPRISE

MOBILE DEVICE.

Please note that the Office app can use up a lot of mobile data – so make

sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi before using this app to avoid running out of

data.

• Select the Office app from your Android Enterprise device

• Select Get started

• Select Allow

• Select the middle + icon

• Select Documents

• Select Blank document

• Type your document

• Press the back arrow on your Android device <

• Select the 3 Vertical dots icon

• Select Save as

• Select OneDrive – Brighton and Hove City Council

• Give the document a name

• Select Save

• Select the 3 Vertical dots icon next to the file you want to share

• Select Share

• Type in the name of the recipient and select it when appears in the list

• Select Send

• Link to the document has been sent

You can also share the document by selecting the icon below and follow the previous steps

to select the recipient.

• The recipient will receive an email link to the document

• You will receive an email once the recipient has opened the link
