How to save & print A4 reports on X431 PRO, PRO3 & PAD2 The X431 range of tools are designed to work with the Launch mini wireless printer, however you can also use your own wireless printer. The below guide will show you how to save, share & print A4 reports to your wireless printer. Health Report will scan all vehicle modules and give you a status list for each modules condition. Also known as “Global Test” or “Full Scan” System Scan will give you a list of what modules are fitted on the particular vehicle. System Selection will let you manually enter whatever module you wish to diagnose. (In this guide we will click on “Health Report” as an example)

After the Health Report has completed a full scan, click on Fault Report.

This screen lets you quickly view all faults from various modules, otherwise Press Report.

You can now fill out personal details for the customer on the report and press confirm, or you can press Skip if you do not want to fill anything in.

To save the report to the X431 device for sharing press Save.

The share icon is now selectable, press share to send the report to the printer.

The Share menu will show you which apps you can share the report with. In this example we are using a Samsung printer.

The Launch A4 report is now in the Samsung App where it can be printed to the assigned printer.

To access any saved reports, open the side menu from the main screen and click on Profile.

The reports are saved in Profile > My Report.

All saved reports can be viewed again by clicking on the relevant report. You can also open, share or delete reports from here.
