How to access Poken Partner Hub:

1. Go to www.partner.poken.com2. Login with your username and password

**Note: As of now these new features are for m.poken.com – there will be widgets for the web portal hopefully by Q2 2014**

MANAGE CATEGORIES

Edit Profile Page – This is where you can add any kind of event information that will be shown on the mobile app.

1. Click on Edit Profile Page2. Then fill in the fields with all the details of the event. You can add

a description, pictures, links, documents, social networks etc.3. If you click on the tab Content, you can add additional

information for example Practical Information and you can choose from 3 different content types: Test/HTML, object, person. Then simply fill in the fields

Categories – Allows you to configure categories and sub-categories for Conference Sessions, Exhibitors, Speakers, and Announcements. You can then assign these categories when creating the sessions, exhibitors, speakers or announcements.

1. Click on Manage Categories2. Click on Add Category for Conference Session, Exhibitor, and/or

Speaker

3. Insert the category name and the plural 4. You can also insert sub-categories5. Then click Add

Speakers – If an event has speakers doing presentations/sessions during the conference you can include the speaker details and also integrate this into the agenda/programme.

Add Speakers1. All Speakers must have a Poken account so first add them as

visitors under Manage Visitors.2. Click on Manage Speakers3. Click on Add Speaker

4. Enter email address of speaker, then Search5. Choose one or more categories for the speaker6. Enter all the details: Location, Headline (these are just text you

are free to write anything here)7. Edit the Display Position if you wish to order the speakers by

importance or chronologically (the lower the number the higher the position).

8. Click Save Changes

Edit Speakers1. When you edit the Speaker Profile Page treat it as an object not a

Poken profile account2. You can add a description, pictures, links, documents, social

networks etc. just like an object.

MANAGE AGENDA

Agenda – If an event has an agenda/programme that you want to include go to Manage Agenda to add all the event agenda details. It is organized by date and chronologically. You can even link the speakers into the sessions.

1. Click on Manage Agenda2. Choose the date of the agenda – you can also flick through the

dates with the arrows3. Click on Add Session

4. Add all the details of the Conference Session in the fields provided

speaker category.

Announcements – If an event has an agenda/programme that you want to include go to Manage Announcements to add any announcements.

3. Enter all the announcement details in the fields below4. You can schedule the date and time you want the announcement

to appear.
