“The Mysterious Biped”
How did this Modern Man come
to life? How did we get to what we are today as humans living in such
diverse places?
In his book A Short History of Nearly Everything,
The Two timelines of Bill Bryson
The first is traced by the chronological order of the different species
The other one is through the dates of the findings that added to the fossil record.
Tracing through the dates of the findings

Other researchers looked for more bones in that area, but the findings were lost in an attack in 1941 during the Second World War.
The continuous search for more fossils did not stop, and by the 1950’s, the number of the known categories grew to be over 100.

But of course, with the number of findings increasing, the record
needed organization.
