May 16, 2018 9:00 AM L-6 (Boys) and L-11 (Girls), LHC

Assemble for Academic Procession

10:00 AM – 11:45 AM Auditorium, L-5 Convocation 12:00 Noon onwards LHC Ground Refreshments

IMPORTANT

i. Carry your Convocation Admit Card with you for identification.ii. For all those graduands who would like to receive their degree in person at the

convocation, it is compulsory to attend the rehearsal failing which you will not beallowed to participate in the convocation.

iii. Any student failing to (i) collect his/her Convocation Admit card and (ii) attend the rehearsal asper the schedule given above, will not be allowed to receive his/her degree in person.

iv. The programme for rehearsal/convocation will remain unchanged even if these dates are holiday.v. Notwithstanding the above for reasons beyond control, if the date of convocation/rehearsal

is changed, the announcement will be made at the Institute website.
