Internships at NUSBuilding your Talent PipelineInternships allow your business to build a talent pipeline while promoting your brand. The NUS education is designed to strengthen our students’ cognitive skills, enabling these young talents to ask the right questions and use quantitative reasoning to deal with uncertainty and solve complex problems. In addition, interns tend to be digitally savvy, agile, creative, and understand what drives the Millennial and post-Millenial demographic.
GSK has always been looking to tap on interns’ creativity, desire and hunger to create value for us. We have always hired interns from NUS, who were very willing to step out of their comfort zone and explore different opportunities within GSK. When hiring managers took the time to develop the interns and gave them meaningful projects, the interns responded by contributing much more than what they were asked to. Overall, it has been a very positive experience hiring interns from NUS.
