CustomersOrganizations that want to test the

English proficiency of their current members for internal use only

Individuals that want to test their own English proficiency for personal use

Test-Taker Registration

Members of the organization register for the test through the organization

Test takers register for the test through the local ETS Preferred Network (EPN) member

or authorized test center

Test Administration

Administrations are adjusted to meet specific organizations’ requirements while adhering to

core ETS Quality Guidelines

Administrations are standardized, organized and proctored by the local EPN member

according to ETS Quality Guidelines

Testing TimeTest dates and times are arranged between the

organization and the local EPN memberTest dates and times are fixed and

published by the local EPN member

LocationTesting locations are arranged between the

organization and the local EPN memberTesting locations are fixed and published

by the local EPN member

Score Reporting

Organizations receive Institutional Score Reports and/or Score Rosters for internal use

only. Organizations should only accept official score certificates from external individuals.

Test takers receive an Official Score Certificate with worldwide portability.

Individuals should submit Official Score Certificates for purposes such as job

applications, immigration, etc.
