ACCOMMODATIONWe provide students with a comprehensive accommodation service offering a choice between a host family, shared apartment or student residence, according to students’ preferences and needs.We offer a pick-up service (from the airport, train and bus station).

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The minimum age to enroll: 18 (16 with written parental consent). • The maximum number of students per class is 15. • The levels / courses available at any given time are subject to a

minimum number of students per group. • Weekly incorporation (see online form). • 80% attendance is required to obtain a Diploma / Attendance

Certificate.

REGISTRATION

• 20 days before the start of the course. Outside this period, admission is subject to availability.

• The registration form is available at www.csidiomas.ua.es/es/cursos-de-espanol

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

• Any cancellation must be submitted in writing. - A 100% refund can be given up to 20 days before the start of the first course of the contracted period. - A 50% refund is given up to 7 days before the start of the course.

• The registration fee cannot be refunded if a cancellation is received after the deadlines established above.

• A cancellation or transfer of registration will incur a fee of €50 for administration fee.

• Students requesting a registration in a Spanish Course in order to obtain a visa permit may only demand refund in accordance with the regulations they have signed in the General Terms and Conditions for Requesting Documents to Obtain a visa permit.
