STEP 2 Select Control Panel
STEP 3 Select Programs
STEP 4 Select Turn Windows feature on or off
STEP 5 Pop Up window opens
STEP 6 scroll down to internet explorer
STEP 7 Check or Uncheck it
STEP 8 Click Okay
STEP 9 Reboot
