Material Library password – protect against unauthorised changesProtecting the Material Library against unauthorised changes can be important in some environments. The open padlock indicates that the library is unlocked and can be edited

Selecting this padlock for the first time will prompt the user to enter a password. At this point the padlock will close and the library is locked.

Entering the correct password will open the padlock, the library can then edited
