HTML is not a programming language, it is a markup language
A markup language is a set of markup tags
It is not case sensitive language.

Attribute of TagAttribute are used to say something about the
element that carries them and always appear on the opening tag of the element that carries them. All attributes are made-up two parts a name and a value.
The name is the property of the element that you want to set.
The value is what you want the value of property to be.
