The Bible does not say “Thou shalt not dance”.

The Bible does not say “Thou shalt not give poison to your neighbor.”

The Bible does not say “Thou shalt not strangle your neighbor.”

Revelling refers to excessive feasting and carousing and has a close relationship with “music and dancing”.
