Many dynamics in society affect nursing : increase in the number of elderly, ma jo r t e chno log i ca l advances, the rise of newly identified viral diseases and severe repercussions from unhealthy life style. These changes dictate that the nursing profession increase its rank. We will n e e d m o r e n u r s e s prepared to practice at a d v a n c e d l e v e l i n hospitals, in community health agencies, in nursing homes and in home health
care. To meet the demand for nurses in future and prepare the nurse of the future, we have recently revitalized our program for a degree in Nursing. Nursing education has taken important position in higher education as well. And Overall

ResultsJinsar is a trend setter in Nursing education with tremendous freedom and opportunity to develop the student’s creativity and to prepare them as nursing leaders of the future. The University examination reflects the status of faculty student relationship and it is continuously growing with the efforts made by the faculty and labour of student. University results are displayed below :
Campus Life
Education is the only criterion which shapes student’s personality. Many other factors like cultural awareness, sports activities etc. reshape the weak mudpot into hard metal vessels, apart from providing plain vanilla to the students.

JINSAR endeavours to promote by fusing education with cultural, sports, workshops and seminars. The students are involved in the programme which creates awareness in the society like vices against illiteracy, pollution, aids, genocide of female foetus and other social welfare programmes. JINSAR is trying to create an atmosphere which encourages the freedom of speech and allows students to raise their voice against injustice and it fully supports their legitimate demands.
What a student speaks and how he or she acts and in which direction he thinks depends much upon the ambience of the institute where he/ she studies. The most awaited college life begins with lot of independence, fun, frolic and with many responsibilities to shoulder. Till school level students are cared and pampered and after school, their second biggest association begins with college life. Here their thoughts and minds are given specific direction and they begin their career in an environment where the teachers are the best and worst for them.

I am really delighted to highlight that the Hitkarini Nursing College is a unique nursing Institute, established in the year 2001, is affiliated to Rani Durgawati Vishwavidyalaya and recognized by I.N.C. It is increasingly becoming popular because of its rapid growth and academic excellence. It has the motto of "Humane approach in modern era", of which, Hitkarini Nursing College is a part.
Society believes, the progress of a country depends on the health of its citizens and education of Nurses contribute a lot to promote and maintain the health of the nation as a whole. We, the faculty of nursing take up the responsibility in promoting nursing education based on scientific principles, relating to theory and practice, in order to produce skilled, highly competent and qualified nurses, to face the challenges. In view of this, we have started the M.Sc. Nursing programme which will help to promote all round development of the students with special emphasis on intellectual, cultural and spiritual aspects through 'yoga' and computers to prepare them as effective change agents in the dynamic society.
I extend hearty welcome to students going to join us and offer my best wishes for success in their career and effort to usher the knowledge in meeting the challenges posed by the global economy.

NURSING profession is increasingly realized as an important ally in modern age health care delivery system.
The growing complexities of modern age scientific and technological advancement in the society have vastly
changed the trends of health concept and illness pattern. This is, however, in the process of continuous
evolution and thus there is no escape from continuous changes in health care delivery system.
Profession of nurse requires maintenance of clinical proficiency, critical thinking skill, teaching and
promoting uplift of patients in all clinical settings. Besides growing emphasis on public health care delivery
system, demographic challenges (such as increase in the number of old population), Urbanization, (Stress
and strains), Environmental changes, Life style changes and finally the expansion of employment
opportunities, both in India and abroad are some of the factors responsible for increasing gap in demand and
supply of trained nurses. Hitkarini Institute of Nursing Sciences & Research is contributing its' might in the
field of Nursing education by running a four years' B.Sc., Nursing and a two years' M.Sc., Nursing
programme. We are not content with our existing achievements and have our eyes on sky. There is a
programme to start a six months' teaching programme aimed at preparing students to clear TOEFL (Test of
English as a foreign language) or TSE (Test of spoken English), conducted by CGFNS, a body set up to
scrutinize professional standards for nursing as per syllabia of Western countries.
The Institute is committed to produce world class Nursing professionals by providing world class Nursing
education through highly qualified faculty and infrastructural support of Hitkarini Sabha, its parent body.
