Using unwanted books, come along and make your very
own Hedgehog pet
Thursday 20th June - Nail and String Art
Try using nails and string to bring to life something
that you sketch today
Make Your Own Fidget Toy - Thursday 13th June
Fidget toys are self-regulation tools to help with focus,
attention, calming, and active listening.

Thursday 17th January - Mandala Stone Art
Mandalas are complex abstract design that use circles,
swirls, lines and dots. Today we will create our own
designs and images on garden rocks.
Nature Art - Thursday 24th January
Using items that we collect from the Gardens at St Luke’s ,
can you create a visual wall hanging within a frame?
Bookmark Making - Thursday 27th June
Create your own unique bookmark, combining various
paper and card materials - from old books, children’s fairy
tales, road maps, old birthday cards… let your imagination
be your guide
Thursday 31st January - Tie Dying
The group are going to get hands dirty with Tie Dye today.
You are welcome to bring your own T-Shirt, pillowcase
or towel to Tie Dye.

Come along and learn how to make key rings using hand
Knitting techniques
Leaf Craft - Thursday 9th May
Leaf craft can be anything from creating animal collages to
tea lights. Today using autumn leaves that we collect, you
will have the chance to create your own tea light or collage.
Thursday 16th May - Stained Glass Window Art
Brighten up you home by creating your very own stained
glass window with crepe paper
Paper Flowers - Thursday 23rd May
We will be quilling today to create floral arrangements that
can be glued on to tree branches, photo frames or canvass
Thursday 7th February - Ice Cream Stick Lanterns
To celebrate the Chinese New Year, we will be making
lanterns from ice cream and satay sticks, and baking paper
Valentine’s Day - Thursday 14th February
Quilling is an art form that involves strips of paper that
are rolled, shaped and glued together to create
decorative designs
Thursday 21st February - Spray Art
Try using spray paint, sticks, leaves and recycled items to
create nature scenes and landscapes on canvass
Paper Mache - Thursday 28th February
From masks to 3D wall hangingsuse your imagination to
create a Paper Mache masterpiece
Thursday 30th May - Macrame Feather Bookmarks
Macramé is a craft that involves knotting string in
patterns to create decorative pieces

CD cases. Please bring in some photos from home

Today we will be using old books to create
planters for succulents

With Easter approaching, we will be making Easter Bunny
door hangers
ANZAC Day - Thursday 25th April
There will be no group today
Thursday 7th March - Mini Herb / Flower Gardens
Using jars and recycled materials, we will be making
Herb or Flower patches
DIY Coloured Salt Art- Thursday 14th March
Using chalk and salt, we will be creating
ornamental rainbow jars
Thursday 21st March - CD Wind Chimes
Using unwanted CD’s, today we will combine nature and
recycled items to create wind chimes
Marbeling Crockery – Thursday 28th March
Using nail polish and other materials, today we will be marbeling
crockery, that you can either keep or give to someone as a gift.
You are more than welcome to bring in your own plate or mug
