Community KickoffHomes For Our Troops invites the public to come out

and welcome each Veteran and their family to their

future community. Kickoffs will be held at a local

establishment. Details will be available on each

Veteran’s project page at hfotusa.org/(Veteran’s

last name).

Volunteer DayHomes For Our Troops invites the entire community

to help complete the landscaping plan (and other

projects, if applicable) for each Veteran’s home. The

day will begin with check-in at 8:30 a.m., followed by

the installation of sod and plantings throughout the

property. Volunteer Days are scheduled toward the

end of each home build and are weather permitting.

Key CeremonyHomes For Our Troops invites the entire community

to welcome each Veteran and their family to their

new home upon completion. Key Ceremonies will

take place at the home and all details will be available

on each Veteran’s project page at hfotusa.org/

(Veteran’s last name).
