• Share knowledge and experience with other Power Users

Provide expertise to the Markets/Factories in other SAP related areas:

• Participate actively in issue management (within process and/or cross-process); provide business/

process explanations & analysis and “filter” service requests/ issues coming from the end users

• Write business/ functional sections of functional specifications

• Create data for unit/ regression/ integration tests
