Through your My Kansas City Mavericks Account, you will have 24-hour access to manage your tickets.

• View your ticket(s) on your mobile • Digitally send your ticket(s) to family and friends

Season ticket holders have extra benefits that can be managed online:

• Exchange tickets prior to game • Upgrade seats • Redeem Buddy Passes and invite friends to join you at a game (full season ticket

Managing your tickets through your Mavericks Account is convenient and secure and allows you the ultimate flexibility in using your seats.

To sign into your Mavericks Account, go to KCMavericks.com/MyAccountManager. Sign In with the primary e-mail address on your account. If you do not know your password, click on “Forgot Password?” to have a temporary one e-mailed to you. If you have any questions or need your password rest, contact the ticket office at (816) 252-7825 or tickets@kcmavericks.com

MOBILE ENTRY via Account Manager For tickets listed within My Kansas City Mavericks Account Manager. By

using Mobile Entry, the ticket will be scanned directly from the phone.

Step 1: Visit KCMavericks.com/MyAccountManager on your smartphone’s (iPhone, Android or Windows smartphone) web browser or download the Kansas City Mavericks App and tap “Tickets.”

Step 2: Sign in with your e-mail address and password.

Step 3: Scroll down to “Manage Tickets”

Step 4: The next upcoming game will be listed. Tap on desired game.

Step 5: Tap View Barcode

Step 6: Your mobile ticket automatically displays the first seat in your account. To view additional tickets, swipe left.

The ticket taker will scan the QR directly from the phone.

Apple Wallet for iPhone users: After viewing your tickets, tap Add to Apple Wallet and then, on the next screen, tap Add.

Please note: the barcode will change with each view. Screen shots of barcodes will not scan properly.

Use the Mavericks App to Access Your Tickets

Step 1: Download the new Kansas City Mavericks app.

Step 2: Create a new sign-in for the app.

Please note: The app sign-in is unique to the Ticketmaster or Account Manager sign-in. You can either create a brand-new account for the app with your email address or use your existing Facebook or Google accounts.

Step 3: Once you are signed into the app, tap on Tickets

Step 4: Tap on Manage My Tickets

Step 5: Sign in with your My Kansas City Mavericks or Ticketmaster account email and password.

Note: if you have purchased tickets through Ticketmaster or Account Manager, you already have an account! Use the email you used when you purchased and click on Forgot password if you need to reset.

How do I know if I have a Ticketmaster account or Account Manager account?

Ticketmaster accounts are created when you purchase on Ticketmaster.com or by phone through Ticketmaster.

Account Manager accounts are created when you purchase season tickets, group tickets, suite tickets, or purchase tickets through the Mavericks office. Account Manager accounts are also created when you are transferred tickets from someone who purchased a season ticket, suite ticket, or group ticket.

Step 6: Select desired game and then view your seats.

Step 7: Tap View Barcode. The ticket taker will scan the QR code as you enter the game.

TRANSFER TICKETS Desktop

Step 1: Sign in at KCMavericks.com/MyAccountManager

Step 2: Choose Dashboard from the top menu or scroll down to Manage Tickets.

Step 3: Choose the game you want to transfer.

Step 4: View your seats for that game and click Transfer.

Step 5: Check the box for the seats you wish to transfer and Transfer.

Step 6: Enter the recipient’s name and email. You may include an optional message. Transfer

Step 7: The recipient will immediately receive an email. They must click on Accept Tickets.

Step 8: Recipient will be directed to Account Manager where they sign in or create a new account. Upon signing in, they will immediately see a message saying they have tickets to accept.

What if I want to cancel the transfer and reclaim my tickets?

If the recipient has NOT claimed the tickets, in Manage Tickets or Dashboard, go to the game, and click Cancel Transfer to reclaim the tickets.

If the ticket has been claimed, you’ll see that on the ticket in your account. You’ll also get a confirmation email. The recipient must transfer the tickets back to you through Account Manager for you to regain access to those tickets.

TRANSFER TICKETS Mobile

Via Web Browser -

Visit kcmavericks.com/myaccountmanager on your smartphone’s (iPhone, Android or Windows smartphone) web browser

Sign in with your e-mail address and password.

Scroll down to Manage Tickets

Choose desired game and then Transfer

Via Mavericks app -

Tap Tickets, select game, select Transfer.

Check the box for each seat you want to send and tap Transfer.

Enter the Recipient’s Name and e-mail, with an option to include a message. Transfer.

The recipient will receive an e-mail notification from tickets@kcmavericks.com and must accept tickets for the transfer to be complete.

View your confirmation and Done.

The recipient will immediately receive an email. They must click on Accept Tickets.

Step 9: Recipient will be directed to Account Manager where they sign in or create a new account. Upon signing in, they will immediately see a message saying they have tickets to accept.

In your account, the ticket will have a message indicating whether your recipient has claimed the tickets or not. If they have not claimed, you can cancel the transfer.

If the ticket has been claimed, you’ll see that on the ticket in your account. You’ll also get a confirmation email.

What if I want to cancel the transfer and reclaim my tickets?

If the recipient has NOT claimed the tickets, then from anywhere in the app, click on (the menu icon) in the top left corner and tap Dashboard. Scroll down to choose the game with the tickets you want to reclaim. Tap Cancel Transfer to reclaim the tickets.

If the recipient has already claimed the tickets, they will need to sign into their own Account Manager and transfer the tickets back to you.

How to Exchange Desktop

Note – the exchange function is currently only available from a desktop/laptop and not on mobile.

Step 1: Go to kcmavericks.com/myaccountmanager and sign in with the email address on your ticket account.

Step 2: Click on Dashboard. Select the game you want to exchange out of. From the dashboard, the next 4 upcoming games appear. If you want to select any game, click VIEW ALL.

Step 3: While viewing the seats of the game you want to exchange out of, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner and click Exchange.

Step 4: Under Select an action below to manage your seats, check the seat(s) you want to exchange out of. Once that is checked, click on the orange exchange button in the top right corner.

Step 5: A pop-up window appears confirming what you are exchanging out of. Click Continue to exchange.

Step 6: The list of available games appears. Choose what game you want to exchange into, then continue.

Step 7: Use the seating map to select new seats. Note: if you are exchanging into a higher price level, you will have to pay the difference. Checkout.

Step 8: Review your Exchange. The old seats are on the left and the new seats are on the right. Verify the seating and games are correct and see if there is any upgrade charge. Once satisfied, exchange seats.

Step 9: Order Summary. Under Select Delivery Method, choose the drop down for Mobile and Continue.

Step 10: Payment Information. If there is an upcharge, enter your payment info and Purchase Tickets.

Step 11: Order Summary. You must check the box to agree to terms and conditions, then Purchase Tickets.

Your new tickets will now be loaded into your account. View by clicking on Go to My Account.

How to Redeem Buddy Passes (Full Season Ticket Holders only) Desktop

Step 1: Go to kcmavericks.com/myaccountmanager and sign in with the email address on your ticket account.

Step 2: Choose Buddy Passes from the menu at the top or Quick Links at the bottom. You will have 4 buddy passes per season ticket to use for a select 15 games.

Step 3: While viewing the Buddy Pass tickets, click Exchange in top right corner.

Step 4: Under Select an action below to manage your seats, check the Buddy Pass seat(s) you want to redeem. You can redeem all 4 at once for 1 game or 1 at a time for different games. You do not have to redeem all at once. If you only want to redeem 2 Buddy passes, then select 2 seats and once those are checked, click on the orange exchange button in the top right corner.

Step 5: A pop-up window appears confirming that you are exchanging out of the Buddy Pass event into a real game. Click Continue to exchange.

Step 7: Use the seating map to select new seats. You may choose from any seat that is available, whether it’s in the same price level as your regular seats or not. The price should be $0.00. Checkout.

You’ll receive an email confirmation from teamexchange@ticketmaster.com.
