How does the Year in Industry work?

- The Year in Industry course is one of the most popular work placement schemes in the university and the College of Engineering currently has the largest scheme across the University.

- Students are provided with support via preparation lectures during Year 2. These include CV advice, mock interviews, access to a comprehensive list of placement opportunities, advice from students who have returned from Industry and company talks.

- We currently have 70+ students going into Industry in 2016/17!

- This is a fantastic way to gain graduate level work experience for 12 months, as it gives you the opportunity to work in a variety of companies across the UK and even abroad!
