• To be able to effectively train students on leadership and Management.

• To be able to produce health professionals who are able to utilize available resources effectively and efficiently in line with the vision 2030

identified

• No computers for HSM

• 6 computer literate staff

• Only 2 HSM books

• Good will from the administration

• HSM was being taught in all departments

• Writing requisition letters to the Principal

• The College Management Committee therefore re-allocated funds for the establishment of the HSM resource centre.
