A piece of cotton/cotton cloth is dipped in medicated oil and kept over the affected / particular area for a time period

NETRA TARPANAM

Lukewarm medicated ghee is poured in the wall of MASHA (Black gram) dough put around the eye

UPANAHAM

The therapy develops the immune mechanism in the blood system by stimulating the antitoxic substances in the blood stream.

PASCHATKARMA

• Dhoomapana- The smoke helps to dry the excessive mucous, and also lowers pain-causing inflammations of the sinus cavities and respiratory tract.

Sirodhara is an effective therapy for mental relaxation and cures insomnia, stress, depression, and decreased mental agility.

The procedure is also said to synchronize alpha brain waves, enhance blood circulation to the brain, and improve mental clarity and generally releasing deeply trapped, or toxins.

Njavara(Special type of rice with high medical value) is cooked with herbal decoction and milk.

It is made up in to boluses and tied up in cotton bags.
