The Students Working With Me Are Putting Together a Book of My Poetry and Photography

Dec. 8th Noon ECHA 2-490 Arts & Humanities in Health & Medicine Presentation with Singer Mallory Chipman

The fascinating story of how a pathologist established a worldwide standard in medicine, and then went on to create a unique course on technology and the future of medicine. Eventually, this led him to travel the world promoting important messages key to our survival as a species, using poetry and music to engage a wider audience. Also the story of a young improvisational jazz singer who collaborated with poets and doctors to create a unique vehicle for dissemination of important science-based messages for humanity. Through their collaboration, both have added many additional facets to their humanness as a byproduct of their experiences together. (130 Words!)
