1. Remove the bottom two push
pins and pull the charging
handle to release the slider and
bolt assembly from the lowerhousing. Grasp the base plate
and pull down and pull upward
on the gun.
Ensure that the pins are not bent
or have burrs. Inspect the
the slider for excessive damageand replace as needed.
2. Rotate the bolt 90 degrees and
remove from the slider. Note:
Pay attention to the
orientation of the bolt during
disassembly for reassembly.
A slight tap on each of the twoslider races will create a high
pitched tone. If it does not, then
damage has occurred to the
slider.

2. Separate the upper and lower
housing by grasping the upper
while holding the lower housing.

The Levers are right and left
hand specific. If reversed they

rail retaining pin out (left or
right).
2. Remove the flashlight plug set

3. Push the rail forward to expose
the 3 hex head screws at the
rear of the upper housing.
Note: If the rail is too tight to
move by hand, use a piece of
nylon stock and a small hammer
to assist.

Note: Heat may need to be
applied, the screws are held in
place using Loctite from the
factor .

block. Past or Future serial
numbers may not have his part.

(injection molded polymer), usea 3.0mm allen wrench to remove
the three set screws on the right
and left side of the housing.
2. Unhook the return spring for the
charging handle.

the barrel, depress the housing
and press downward. Once the
housing has been separatedfrom the receiver, pull the plastic
lower off completely.

1. Re-insert the lower picatinny rail
and drift the retaining pin back
into the mounting hole.
Note: The rail can only mountedone way.
2. Re-insert the metal receiver into
the lower composite housing.
Pay attention the last round bolt
catch trigger. It must align with
the cutout in the left hand
receiver plate. If you havetrouble seating the lower
housing, the bolt lock trigger is
most likely not aligned properly.

to each of the 6 mounting
screws and torque each screw
to 2.0Nm.

1. The end of the barrel shroud has
a high temperature O ring to
help with alignment and any
excess movement. Apply a
small amount of lubricant or high
to re-assembly.
2. Slide the shroud over the barrel
and align the muzzle end with
the barrel. Be careful not to tear
the O ring.
3. Align the set screw with the
recess on the underside of the
barrel.
4. Apply a drop of Loctite 263(red)
to the set screw and using a
2.0mm allen wrench, tighten to
2Nm.

the housing, the notch must
align with the receiver plate.
2. Place the Bolt Lock Block into
place.
3. Use 1 drop of Loctite 263(red)
on each of the 4 screws.
4. Torque each screw to 1.5Nm
using a 2.0mm allen wrench.

1. Re-insert the FCG, trigger first,
into the upper housing. Ensure
the alignment of the take downpin holes and selector lever
holes.
2. Place 1 takedown pin through
the upper housing into the FCG
.
3. Place 1 drop of Loctite 243(blue)to the three 3.0mm hex head
screws. Install them on top of
the FCG in the upper housing
and torque to 2.0Nm.
4. Re-insert the Left and Right
selector levers and tighten to
1Nm.
Note: The levers are Left and
Right specific.

1. Install the ejection port into the
housing using the two 3.0mm
hex head screws.
2. Apply a drop of Loctite 263(red)
to each screw and torque to
2.0Nm.
Note: Older serial numbers may
include 2 small washers that go
the upper housing. Make sure
they are re-installed properly if
your model included them.

1. Slide the picatinny rail back on
the dovetail of the upper
housing. Make sure the
retaining pin hole is toward the
muzzle end. Use your punch to
assist in aligning the hole.
2. Re-insert the retaining pin and
1.5mm punch. Ensure that the
pin does not protrude beyond
the outer edges of the rail on the
left or right side.
3. Re-insert the 1.5mm set screw
of the flash light plug. Do not
use Loctite on this screw or
torque.

locating the FCG in the upper
housing.
2. Make sure that the hammer is inthe cocked position. Place the
upper housing over the lower
housing and align. Press
downward and assemble. Be
sure that the charging handle is
not in the way.
3. Insert the 3 remaining take down
push pins.

Warranty Info
KRISS USA, Inc. warrants its KRISS Vector family of guns to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This KRISS
Warranty is applicable to the original or initial purchaser only and it is effective from the date of purchase and lasts for one full
year. This warranty can be extended for an additional year on the semi-automatic models (CRB, SBR, SDP) provided the
initial purchaser registers the gun on the Warranty Registration page of the KRISS USA website within a 30 day period of the
purchase date.
Any such defects of which KRISS USA, Inc receives written or electronic notice during the term of this warranty will beremedied by KRISS USA without charge, within a reasonable time after such notification and de-livery of the firearm as
provided below.
This warranty does not cover:
Defects or malfunctions resulting from careless handling or if any modifications are made to the gun.
Use of defective old or im ro er ammunition corrosion ne lect failure to ro erl maintain abuse or an use not
referred to in the Owners Manual (see Owners Manual for discussions on ammunition recommendations, care,
maintenance and handling, and refer to the KRISS USA, Inc website for up dates to the Owners Manual). Criminal misuse, negligence, or use under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Scratches or external wear marks on the plastic or metal component parts.
ANY MODIFICATIONS OR ALTERATIONS TO THE GUN WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY.
NOTE: KRISS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER FOR INJURY, DEATH OR DAMAGE TO
PROPERTY AS A RESULT OF THE INTENTIONAL OR ACCIDENTAL DISCHARGE OF THIS FIREARM, OR FROM ITS

firearm will be assigned to a gunsmith. After the work is completed, your firearm will be returned to you.
Transportation and insurance charges for return to the owner will be paid by KRISS USA ONLY if the claim is
