(e.g. hair, blood, cells, insects, etc.)

Slide 4 - Preparing Microscope Slides:1. Grab a clean glass slide. 2. Place specimen on middle of slide.3. Put one drop Iodine (Blue Dye) on top of specimen. 4. Cover specimen with a cover slip.

so that the objective lens does not get wet.
