Introduction
When a corporation delves into business for the first time they tend go into
gung ho and are especially careful about who and how they conduct business; meaning
they have a sense of morals in the beginning. These same morals that they start with
often get lost when the company begins to pull in the big money accounts. I will be
addressing various ethical theories throughout my presentation, along with some ethical
issues that can crop up during the course of international business.

Conclusion
Ethics and business do not always go hand in hand, but with the proper
training and an exemplary leader it is possible to minimize the number of corporate
scandals that a company is exposed to. Ethics is a touchy subject for most and if an
individual chooses to do as they please and ignores the company policies the reputation
of said company will be compromised.
