1. Banyaknya data kendaraan yang terhitung manual oleh petugas parkir
2. Sistem parkir secara manual cenderung mengakibatkan banyak masalah dan
pemungutan biaya
3. Pengendara sering tidak mengetahui atau lupa dimana kendaraannya diparkir
1.2 Analisis Sistem
1. Kebutuhan(availability) data pengunjung(kendaraan) mall menjadikan alasan utama
untuk menyediakan informasi yang akurat
2. Sistematik kendaraan yang parkir secara teratur
3. Memperbaiki sistem awal yang secara manual dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi
