The Lebanon war started because of terrorist attacks in the northern part of Israel

Lots of families got very scared because rockets were always falling

On June 6 1982 terrorists tried to kill Shlomo Argov, Israel's ambassador to the United Kingdom.

After that Israel decided to go to war.

The end of the Lebanon war (Shalom Haglil War.)

After 10 months Israel won the Lebanon war!

670 Israelis were killed during the Lebanon war, and 8 soldiers were captured, later some of them were released.

After we won the war we realized that we needed a better army in the north and when the war ended we began to train our soldiers to fight better in the north of Israel.

During the war we caught 10,000 terrorists from the PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) and after the war we sent them back to Lebanon.
